Suraj ‘Sunny’ Chopra, is the Founder of The Cheforama. is a Veteran Haute cuisine chef with more than 12 years of experience and has worked all over the world in multiple hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and Michelin restaurants. He has Masters in Culinary Management and BA from Napier University in hospitality management. Being an active part of the industry allows him to understand the complexities of the Hospitality problem. With The Cheforama he plans on combining his passion for computer science with his love for hospitality.
